A dark green flat leaf. The liquor has a lemony colour and a light, and smooth character.

Bancha is a Japanese green tea which is harvested from the second flush of Sencha between the summer and autumn.

With a unique flavour and a strong, organic straw aroma.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.
