South American coffee is famous for it’s balance and popularity in coffee shop blends, with the likes of Brazil and Columbia being two of the most popular beans. However countries such as Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela and Ecuador also grow some quality coffee beans, which we buy and roast as soon as it becomes available.
Brazil is the biggest exporter of coffee in the world above Vietnam, exporting 49,152,000 bags of coffee beans in 2013, according to the International Coffee Organisation's latest statistics.
